I clicked on the link to see about moving my account to Stevie, in the above url link that you supplied; however, everytime I click on it, it brings up an account suspended page...?!?! Thanks, Since the wiki.heliohost.org/wiki/moving_your_account is apparently down based off forum post dated May 7th, 2011 that I found. Can I request to have the servers changed from johnny to stevie? Thanks, Chris

Quite periodically I when I have been setting up my website (phpBB3) forum. I keep receiving some errors. I either get the error The Webpage is not available The webpage at http://hammerstorm.heliohost.org/phpBB3/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permantently to a new address. or Error 500 When i get either of these two errors I can not access the cpanel either. domain: hammerstorm user: hammerst This issue will last for anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes, then everything will be fine. And it will continue to work for 10 to 30 minutes before the issue happens again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris
