Howdy!

I tried to install Wordpress in my subdomain using softaculous yet I got this message.

The following errors were found :

• The MySQL Connection could not be established.
  
• The MySQL Connection could not be established.
  

I don't actually set major configuration in the Wordpress.

Now, I wanted to know why I am getting the issues and what are the solutions of this problem?

Further, I wanted to install Wordpress here: http://mabzicle.heliohost.org/

Your account was resuspended for failure to take care of the malware problem during your allotted 24 hour period. The offending files have been deleted, and your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache.

not again with malware..tsk.. o.O, but i have special request...can you do all the cleaning stuff? i dont have any idea on such things..like my previous one, they just cleaned and deleted those files.. thank you..

in my last post => http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13930-solved-suspended-mabzicle/ it was stated that i should delete some file that detected a malware. I didnt read the follow up repkly because i could log at that day. But now, i found out that i have a suspended statusshould really delete that /blog folder.

With this, i would again request to unsuspend my account and admin can DELETE my /blog folder. Thank you so much!

its been a year and more, ive used heliohost as my primary webhost. So i really need to renew and get my account.
