I used to have a hosting account linked to this forum accound but I decided to make a new one. So I deleted that accound (msys) and tried to create a new one. But all I get is this error: We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later. Please help

I can't signup on Stevie. I've tried it several times but I get the same error (We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later.) every time. I wasn't able to signup yesterday too.
