I only have one active account and have not created or used any additional accounts, nor have I shared it with anyone else. It's possible that the alert was triggered due to a shared or public network I recently used to log in (for example, from work or school), which could have caused this misunderstanding. Please review my case again, as I'm sure I comply with the Terms and do not have more than one account. Let me know if you need any additional information from me.
