Dear HelioHost Support Team,
I am writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of the suspension of my account diegoanc280 on the Johnny server. As a registered Engineer and a technology hobbyist, I have carefully reviewed your Terms of Service and I believe my current project aligns with the permitted use for development and personal learning environments.
Project Context: My account was hosting a personal dashboard built with Laravel, designed to interact with the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) API. The purpose of this script is to automate the provisioning of a personal "Always Free" instance in my own Oracle Cloud account.
Compliance Clarification: I would like to clarify that my site does not violate any of the specific prohibitions mentioned in the TOS:
Non-Commercial Use: This is a strictly personal development project for learning Laravel and API integrations; it is not a commercial business or an SMM panel.
No Forbidden Services: The script is not a proxy, it does not involve cryptocurrency mining, gambling, or social media marketing ("like bots"). It is a private cloud management tool.
Single Account: I maintain only this single account with HelioHost.
Potential Resource Usage: I suspect the suspension might be related to the frequency of a scheduled task (Cron Job) used to check for cloud capacity. If this task was determined to cause an unintended high server load, I sincerely apologize. I am more than willing to optimize the script, increase the intervals between executions (e.g., from 1 minute to 15 or 30 minutes), or implement any necessary changes to ensure the stability of the shared environment.
I value the service HelioHost provides to the developer community and I am committed to being a responsible user. I would appreciate it if you could provide specific feedback on which policy was triggered so I can rectify it immediately upon account restoration.
Thank you for your time and for the support you provide to hobbyists and students.
Regards,
Diego S.
