  1. Hello HelioHost team, I hope you’re doing well. My account was previously on a higher Morty hosting plan, but due to financial limitations I was recently moved back to the free plan. Unfortunately, during this downgrade, my website’s database was deleted, even though all my source files are still intact in my account. I would like to kindly ask if it’s possible to recover or restore a backup of my database from before the downgrade. It’s a very important project for me, and even a partial backup would be extremely helpful. Here are some details that may help you locate my account: Username: Emmanuelfosso205 Domain / Subdomain: https://smartify.helioho.st/ Approximate date of downgrade: 2nd November 2025 Thank you very much for your help and understanding. I really appreciate the amazing service your team provides, and I’d be very grateful if you could check whether a backup of my database still exists. Best regards, Emmanuelfosso205
  2. Hello , Why did you unfairly suspend both of my accounts? emmanuelfosso205 is on a billed server, and today I'm unable to log into the admin panel. As for emmanuelfosso206, I never understood anything until today.
  3. Please could you add a new domain name (reporters.helioho.st) to my account 🙏. emmanuelfosso206
  4. I would like to keep emmanuelfosso206 and suspend the newly created account. Forgive my mistake. I had already created this account before your warning and I didn't know what to do afterward. I promise not to do it again.🙏

  6. Dear Heliohost Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently paid and received a notification stating that my storage space has been increased . However, I have not noticed the increase in my Plesk panel yet. Could you please assist me in ensuring that the upgrade has been applied correctly? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, Emmanuelfosso206
