What's happening why my account got suspended

I'm on Tommy plan, and I've noticed that the website is frequently down more than it should. At first I brushed it off since the plan does include some down time but this is definitely a lot it happens every few minutes and it's making me start to wonder whether there's something wrong with my account specifically

I accidentally messed up my server while installing Laravel, and I urgently need to reset my account. Additionally, the application I want to deploy on my site requires MariaDB 10.6 or higher. Is it possible for a root admin to reset my account and upgrade MariaDB for me?

Yes, please reset the account, that'd be great. And if you could tell me if there's a way to install it without errors, properly. I don't want to have to reset the account. Laravel is all confusing, and I can't even tell if the Laravel application I bought is compatible with heliohost :')

Hi, I want to install a Laravel application, and it's my first time. I installed Laravel on Heliohost, but the installation kept failing, and when it succeeded, it also showed other error messages. So I deleted all the Laravel installation files from the file manager in the hopes of being able to reinstall it, but it still appears as if it's installed, and I can't reset the server by myself. It'd be great if one of you could help guide me through the installation a bit. I've never used Laravel befor,e and I want to install this application so bad.
