Username: Southrop Domain: http://southrop.heliohost.org/ A few hours ago, I got the standard "suspended for inactivity" message via email: And so I click the link. However, the link always gives me this error: So logically, I would indeed try to see if my account still exists. To do this, I try to log in. Which completely fails on me. So I try to reset my password to see if that would help, but despite the message saying I have received no such email. Finally, I tried to check the status of my account here but it still says that my account doesn't exist or is still active. Checking my domain reveals that the files are all still there too. I'm completely at a loss for what to do and how I can renew/restore my account. Can anyone help?
