Hi. I'd like to request the Unsuspension of my account. I recently opened a support ticket, but couldn't access even the new username I created hence opening this new ticket. The issue was that logged into my Helio account using a proxy/vpn-like app and connected it to FTP. On relogging in the next time, I got an account suspended notice.
