hmm, i see that now too, that was just a sample page i threw in there to test the new host. why would the proxy make a difference?

I am still seeing the suspended page. I am redirected to http://jaggedgenius.co.cc/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi . I have cleared my cache. Any idea why I would be seeing the suspended page but you arent? EDIT* I am seeing it in IE, FF & Chrome

I recently changed the dns for my domain name to another host, then requested my account with heliohost be deleted. Now I am seeing a heliohost account suspended page. Is this normal? cpanel user name"jaggedg" domain http://jaggedgenius.co.cc

I am trying to transfer my existing TLD to HelioHost. I have been told by three different things by three different reps. at justhost. All I need to know is how to point my URL to your servers. They are trying to give me some sort of code, and I have read here that there is no code required. I have also read here that all that needs to be done is to have justhost change the name server information for my domain. They are telling me that HelioHost must change that information (which doesn't make sense since, ,to the best of my knowledge, HelioHost has no access to that information at this time).
