I hope you are doing well. I am writing to kindly request the removal of the suspension on my account.
I recently discovered that I accidentally exceeded the storage limit of my plan. When I noticed the issue today, I attempted to upgrade my storage, but I faced payment difficulties. I am currently in Africa, where PayPal is not available, and the virtual bank card I previously used no longer works due to a technical issue from the provider. As a student, obtaining a physical bank card at the moment is financially challenging.
Since I am unable to subscribe to additional storage for now, I respectfully ask if you could please delete the source files associated with my domain: https://ibrain.helioho.st/. This should free enough space for the suspension to be lifted.
