Looks like my site got suspended again for using a lot of memory all of the sudden, I will try fixing it by disabling a part of the site, not sure what causes the problem

My account got suspended and I don't know why, I use the site to host the banlist and some simple pages for the counter strike 1.6 game.

I cannot use php code inside html files, I already added "AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .html" to a .htaccess file and I still can't use it.
