This is to request the removal of Suspension from my Heliohost account (Username: salamijoshua, Domain: salamijoshua.heliohost.us) which was suspended on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 at around 16:00 GMT+1. I don't think I violated the terms of service of Heliohost in any way. I was only trying to set up a test Django project as a prelude to the real one I want to set up on the domain and I got stuck. I tried checking tutorials and articles on the forum for better clarity and in the process of going back and forth, my account was suspended and I demand to know the reason for such.
I would appreciate if I can get any response as quick as possible
