I've received an email about my HelioHost site's status due to inactivity. When i go to the location provided to renew, I receive the following error.
From: http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php...rname=rrasi623:
"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error".
I am unable to log in to or change my cPanel password.
I'm concerned as the email stated my account will be removed sometime Saturday.
