I no longer need hosting with Heliohost. Please cancel my hosting, and ongoing subscription

I've spent a few hours on it, and managed to get https://64.71.153.11:8083/ up, but it doesn't seem be letting me login as admin with my set password. Could someone take a look at my Hestia install and see what's what? Might be one or two commands necessary to get it up? Thank you ?
