I cant access my website at turieu.heliohost.org. I get the following message:

"HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED

Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.

Cpannel works fine.

I have seen some emails here on this issues and it seems to have been resolved, but it still doesn't work for me.

Kindly help me resolve this.

I appologize fot the trouble, but I seemed to have locked my account named 'turieu' . Probably because I have forgotten my PWD and exceeded the number of allowed tries.

Should you be kind to unlock it for me, I promise to keep th PWD in a safe place and not to bother you wiuth such request in the future. I will however bother you with other technical staff

Hmm... you might be behind a firewall that is blocking access to your cPanel.

Indeed I am behind a firewall.

The link you have provided works just fine. I wonder what is the technical reason behind this behavior.....

Actually this is the way I try to log in.

I assume you mean the CPanel login at the bottom of www.heliohost.org.

I am not aware of other way to access my CPanel.

I've created my new account yesterday and was able to access CPanel. I even installed WP on it.

The site is functional - I can access my WP Blog on it, but for some strange reason I can't login to CPanel now.

I get the following message:

This webpage is not available

The webpage at http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Here are some suggestions:

Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.

Any idea?

My account name is turieu
