Unfortunately, heliohost is not suitable for my needs. I would like to close my account and ensure that the recurring billing for my vps subscription is cancelled before the next bill cycle.

If it's easiest to wipe it and start fresh, that's fine by me. It's possible something got screwed up when I was attempting to run Apache Superset.

I'm getting the error Connection reset when attempting to connect to my vps via SSH. vps24.heliohost.us Wondering if things are down, or if there's another issue. Thanks

Oh, I didn't realize there was this much of a waitlist for a VPS account.

I don't really require anything to be moved over to the VPS, as I haven't added a whole lot yet. As long as I can have remote connections enabled on the postgres servers I create, and view/edit the postgresql configuration files, that will be everything I need for now.
