stocking

I'm a new user at Helios, and have just created a free hosting account. I think that the cpanel is great, but I am struggling with the email settings part of the control panel, and would appreciate some help. I thought I had set things up correctly, but I have sent a test email to the email address I thought that I had set-up, but it's not arrived!!
