The username hong98 is reserved for you. Probably the reason you can't register it is because your forum email address appears to be invalid, which begs the question how did it get set that way in the first place? I thought you had to validate your email address to create a forum account or create a hosting account which creates the forum account for you.

 

Anyways regardless of how that happened, the way to fix it is to change your forum account's contact email address to the email address you're trying to create your hosting account with. Once they match the username will be available to create a new hosting account.
