Good day bro, I cannot seem to access our VPS using remote desktop, we had an error in connection earlier while I am connected in the VPS and now it shows this error Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons: 1. Remote access to the server is not enabled 2. The remote computer is turned off 3. The remote computer is not available on the network Thank you for your always fast response and resolution on my concerns

my account name is: blgc domain name is: blgc.online i can access blgc.online already but its file is lily is it possible that blgc.online is in plesk, php/html while subdomains (member.blgc.online, admin, etc.) is in lily since they are php? or is it possible that I upload my php/html files in lily, will they work if place index.php/index.html?
