If byron knew how to fix the problem he would have already. If I knew how to fix the problem I would have already. Hopefully the next admin that comes along will know what to do. It's tough to give an estimated time when all the administrators are volunteers that have real jobs and real lives and just maintain heliohost during their free time. Log into cPanellocate "Files" headerclick "FTP Accounts"locate "Special FTP Accounts" headerlocate "teo01234" ftp account within this headerclick "Configure FTP Client" link on this accountverify manual settings ORuse filezilla auto configuration file settings I recommend using SFTP because it's more secure. first i connect throu your server with a program names filezilla the conection say that was succesfull after that i go to do download my site from your server then the problems start there.
