I don't know why but my account was suspended and I want to know two things.

1. Why? 2. What I have to do to get my account back. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently signed up for johnny server and while installing boxbillng, I get this error:

PHP extension: gettext Fail Contact your server administrator to enable PHP gettext extension.

Could you please install php gettext (I am using PHP 7.3)
