  1. You have to delete something from your account. Check the tmp folder, there's often a lot of data for the metrics software in there. If you don't need your metrics data, you can delete everything in the folder.

     

    Also, if you use the cPanel file manager, empty the trashcan.

     

    Beyond that though, you would have to purchase more disk space. It's $5/1000MB with a max of 5000MB per person.

    Can I pay using paypal?

    I have ran out of disk space. How can I free up space? I'm getting this error message

    I  made some mistakes when I deleting my previous database and now my site wont load. Its giving me the "account queued" error . I now realise that I probably shouldn't have, but I created an account on Tommy using the donation link, instead waited to completely remove the domain from Heliohost before re-registering it.

    I was on Jonny server and I moved to Tommy. I'd like to request my account to be reset please.

     

    I would like to start over, afresh, a  clean start. So will you please delete that account or reset it from your side so I can start working on the domain please?
