There's a really big difference in what File Manager says is used vs the Disk Usage (screenshots attached). Could anyone tell me why this is and how I can free up space? Thank you!

My account was suspended due to inactivity and it won't let me log in. I think there might be a bug with Chrome remembering the password. I can't reset my password either, it keeps coming up with errors and I've tried like ten times. Thank you so much for your help.

My account was marked as inactive even though I've logged in within the last month. I went to log in, and even though Google Chrome remembered my password, it was marked as invalid. So I went to reset it and there are more error messages. I just want to login again, please help.

It's blocked again, and I've made sure my password is correct in my computer. I've been able to log in every time, I'm not getting any incorrect login notices... I'm not sure what keeps happening, I'm sorry :/
