Hi everyone, I am a newbie to Heliohost. Recently, I tried loading my website but it was suspended. The 'renew' link in the notification email I received is also not workable. The message reads: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." I am not sure how I can renew my account in other ways. Besides, I would like to know how I can prevent suspension in the future again. My account is graffiti.heliohost.org.
