Shaddy

Username: Shaddy Server: Johnny Domain: maledicted.net It's been almost a week now and my account is still in Queue-Purgatory - ever since I changed its domain. I've been clearing my cache every time I check, on multiple browsers too, but I figure there is a problem I can't fix myself so I'm asking for help here. The status check script gives me the usual "Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active." I can access my cPanel just fine, but not my site's content.

Long story short, I tried to access my site and saw it was down. I haven't logged in for a few months, but for some reason I never got a suspension notification e-mail like I usually do when I forget to. Now logging into cPanel doesn't work, so I tried resetting my password, but never got a confirmation code e-mail either. I also tried renewing my account, but it says there's no such account in the database. I would very much appreciate any information on what happened to my account and whether my content is still salvageable. My account name is Shaddy, registered on Stevie, and my main domain (if I'm understanding the pinned instructions correctly) is "maledicted.net". Thanks in advance.
