I believe my IP was blocked after I attempted to access SFTP for my account (for the purposes of deleting files/backing up as Plex locked me out of doing that, alongside blocking me from accessing the backups on Plex). My IP is 90.180.247.237 and I would appreciate being unblocked.

Is it possible to set a redirect from ninjasr.heliohost.org to the new domain? Or, alternatively, is it possible to have the old domain?

Alright, if you recommend a reset then that's what I'll do. I would greatly appreciate a full backup.

I understand what happened even less now. The only files that I deleted recently had no PHP in them at all (HTML, CSS, some pictures). I guess something mysterious happened that I wasn't aware of.

I tried to access my site and got hit with the high load message. I have no clue what could have caused the high load, so I request some help in figuring out why. And, of course, I request to be unsuspended. If it's relevant, I'm willing to pay for increased storage (as I had been considering it for a while). Additionally, if the problem is something that cannot be solved, then I would, at the very least, like to get an archive of my site.
