I am trying to subscribe for Mercury VPS subscription through PayPal. But payment keeps on declined. Upon contacting PayPal they says, Due to RBI guidelines, they are unable to process/accept recurring payments. Can you please help me get this resolved? and get me the Mercury VPS purchased for $4/month. Thanks.
