Dear helionet, my account was yesterday deactivated due to inactivity, but that is not true, yesterday morning i was logged in to Cpanel as i am almost every single morning.' The account suspension of course caused my email accounts to unavaiable for 5 hours Could you please clarify why my account was suspended ?

Dear Helio people i recomended your free hosting to a friend two weeks ago firstly the site was in queue for 4 days and since then he has not been able to log in to Cpanel He has tried to reset his password but does not recieve any mails. please advise ???? the request is regarding tobyswebsite.heliohost.org username: freakerz
