Any way to increase that?

I'm trying to move my email accounts from old server to heliohost. I tried compressing in filemanager downloading and  uploading but apparently file was to large approx 1.5gb (several accounts). I  broke it up into several smaller compressed  files and got one of them up but the other two were rejected. ftp also didn't work. I assume there is an upload quota. Any suggestions?

Still seems to be blocked. "The IP address 45.46.1.25 has been blocked for trying to log in to IMAP with the wrong password too many times" when I tried to log in thru the main site. cpanel won't load atl all.

I'm in the process of moving stuff from another  cpanel account to here and seems like my email hit a glitch.
