I'm getting an error message when trying to install Wordpress with Softaculous, and I can't see how to solve it. The message is:

Softaculous does not show an installation for this domain. Moreover, I just got this domain and immediately started getting this message. Did it partially install and now this is holding it up? Is there a general solution to this without using Softaculous to delete an installation?
