I was able to repopulate the structure with all the tables using the manual import tab in the phpMyAdmin console, but I'm still getting the same "Error establishing a database connection"

when loading the wp page.

Maybe I need to re-install WP?

I restored my stuff on Ricky, it's working well but...

I used the backup wizard to restore a wp database, uploading the old tommy .tar.gz archive I got after the crash, and now the database name appears listed on the left panel in the PHPMyAdmin console but nothing shows on the right.

If I try to open the wp page its associated with, I get the error message "Error establishing a database connection".

Is this due to a server refresh delay or should I edit my original wp-config.php file?

Why is the database listed, but empty?

 

We're pleased to announce that we will be supporting PHP 7.3 when the Tommy server comes back online. This is in addition to PHP 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2 that we already offer. Ricky and Johnny will eventually have PHP 7.3 as well when they are upgraded. Keep in mind that the Tommy server isn't currently available for signups, and we will make a news post announcing when user accounts can be created again.

Finally! The server has been saying PHP update required on WP.

SSL/TLS Wizard gives me a

Resolution Failed “The system failed to fetch the DCV (Domain Control Validation) file at (...) because of an error: The system failed to send an HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) “GET” request to (...) because of an error: Timed out while waiting for socket to become ready for reading .”

I re-installed the cert via the Manage SSL Site interface, but browser still reads "connection is not secure"

also, I have a couple of subdomains under that very domain that won't resolve at all (Server Not Found).

I'm wondering if this could have something to do with the occupied cluster after tommy's death.

When is it supposed to restart?

I'm still out of ssl for my other addon domain

When I run a intodns test I get:

Thanks, it now comes with a cPanel cert indeed.

My other domain still won't load on a regular browser, but I was able to load it on Tor.

No SSL cert there, should I add it to cloudflare?

I am still having problems with another addon domain that won't resolve

Ok I removed it from Cloudflare and now, success !!! it's finally loading the page.

And it still comes with a cloudflare verified ssl cert. Which confuses me a bit since I just removed that domain from Cloudflare.

Thanks, it's now showing Account Queued when I try to load the corresponding sub domains and nothing at all if I type the actual domain names.

I had no such issues when creating a new test sub domain , it worked right away

I added my domains to Coudflare as they were there before, but it doesn't help

I did create a new test subdomain that works, maybe I could just create 4 new ones and move the content of the 4 archived ones then rename the new folders accordingly?

I'll try doing it manually

there are four of them, the names are the ones of the four folders under cgi-bin in my public_html
