Sadly milano on Tommy got suspended right away, before it could even cause its usual near-zero load. Could you kindly unblock that? I hope there's nothing on your systems considering it spam to have informed (just once) my hundred-odd users eagerly awaiting the service back since August.

Bringing back my files and permissions went well, though there does not seem to be a bulk-upload option for the entire tar.gz archive, and paths have changed from /home1 to /home. A pity the account could not simply be reactivated with all in place, and for the donors that it took longer this way in spite of their efforts though. Noticed some (presumably new) bug when (re)creating the (not-all-lowercase) mail accounts, it throws these messages (somewhat contradictory to humans) in sequence:Error: You do not have an email account named “ALLCAPS@m...heliohost.org”.Error: The account allcaps@m...heliohost.org already exists!

Obviously now that https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36995-tommy-is-back/ it would be easiest for me to use an invite to milano's registered (not the donation) address.

You may be getting more individual requests than necessary just because https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ is referred to right after login but can't be found for now, but (necessarily then) just shows: No Backup I cannot find a backup for milano and h...com. You could try again, or open a ticket to see if an admin can help you find your backup. Try Again or Support

Perl users may wish to try 755 permissions to avoid 500 Internal Server Error on anything (incl. the directories above it) that needs to be made executable outside cgi-bin e.g. by an .htaccess starting with Options ExecCGISetHandler cgi-script or AddHandler cgi-script .pl
