Login page still shows that my IP has been blocked. What should I do?

Hi1 I tried to configure an email client and I sent an email successfully. but it headed to the spam folder so I just tried to log into admin panel but it isn't loading. I tried too many times. so finally I got a message that my IP has been blocked. I would glad If any admin can help me!

I think it is a problem of ISP I'm using. I tried after connected to a VPN. The domain works. Thank you guys!

I changed nameservers. Now can I able to know about my configurations. If they were correct how long does it takes to get website live?
