I tried to fix without change php but still cant access

www.shgmta.ml giving http 500 error,I try to change because of this error

I try to change my php memory limit and I added in to htaccess code but not worked in shgmta.ml php_value upload_max_filesize 128M php_value post_max_size 128M php_value max_execution_time 300 php_value max_input_time 300 php_value memory_limit 64M But not worked
