The domain name is robotdan.com. I registered the account with www.robotdan.com. Is that still okay? Do I have to do anything with the authorization code?

Hi, I recently cancelled my account with another provider and I wanted to transfer my domain name. They said they have unlocked it and have given me an authorization key but I am a little new to this and don't know how the process works. Also they said they changed nameservers for me to point to the HelioHost servers. Can someone explain if this is possibility and if so, what steps should I take? Thanks!
