[Solved] Account Status in Customer Service Posted September 5, 2019 Username: mamakuha, Server: Ricky, Main domain: mamakuha.heliohost.org Hello, I'd like to inform you that I've received this message when I tried to access my account (mamakuhayker@gmail.com) on heliohost.org. "Your account has been archived due to inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you will need to request that an admin unarchive it" I've already designed a full database on this account and I can't react it because it's inactive. I need to return it back, since I use this database. Thank you in advance.
