After several failed login attemps at the cPanel my IP got blocked. When I tried afterwards to connect to the support board it didnt also not work so I had to reset the password and let the server send me a new one. There would you kindly unblock my IP and if possible tell me if the cPanel Login has changed with the bulletin-login? Also I'm quite sure that I didnot mispell the password as I use a keymanager - one heliohost it works, ohne helionet it didnt. Is there may a correlation between special chracters, foreign keybindings and the different logins at helioshost/heliionet/cpanel? thx in advance for the service
