Unable to get backup. Says cant find backup with my username/email.

Pls help.

Getting this error after a few hours of redirecting the domain nameservers back to HH.

Could you please also increase tolerance? My email client does try a few times to connect just when I change password on cPanel. Also while I am updating password on client. How am I supposed to change password if the server is blocking me so quick!

Update: Blocked again! Please help this problem from recurring so much.

Just changed my email passwords and have been blocked out coz wrong IMAP access tries. Please unblock. Please also increase number of tries allowed, I literally had shutdown my mail client in a minute of changing the passwords. Thank you.
