Yes, both of them are lowercase.

I registered the account "yyccaa" with the email "yyccaatech@gmail.com", and got a domain name "www.yyccaa.co.cc" in 12th Nov. After 4 days, I still can't login cPanel, though my domain name and host seems to work. Then I tried Password Reset, but my gmail didn't receive the reset email.
