  1. Team HelioHost, I need a bit of help. I am trying to send emails from several email addresses (under my name) but from different email domains. They all are my domains, but I cannot get DKIM to be signed for all domains. I change the emails by adding identities in Roundcube Webmail. This method allows you to send emails from all domains, but they all end up in spam I know SPF won't be enabled, but I only need DKIM to allow the emails to land in inboxes. I was searching the cpanel.net forums and someone managed to get DKIM to sign domains for all domains with a command but I do not know how to run commands on the server. Please let me know if anyone have a solution to this.

  4. My account has been on the creation page for 3 hours. Usually it will just activate after a few minutes. What's going on? I was originally on the Tommy server but it did not work out so I am trying to create this on the Johnny server.

  6. Hello, My Email DKIM is still not working and all emails are going to spam. I would just create another account but most likely Tommy will still be full. I wanted to close my account and create an entirely new account and transfer Tommy on it. I am currently on the Tommy server. How can I do this?
  7. Team, I send emails from multiple domains in Roundcube. DKIM is enabled, it just only signs the signature for the domain I have installed in my CPanel. On the Johnny server, I was able to install a private self signed SSL key in the CPanel for DKIM to sign all email signatures even if they are from different domains. I've tried this on the Tommy server and it failed. Is there any way to overcome this?
  8. Team Heliohost, I get a weird (new) message starting today that the connection to storage failed when I logon to webmail. Image attached! All credentials are correct. Is anyone else having this problem?

  12. My IP 104.183.189.129 has been blocked again unfortunately for entering the wrong password too many times. I'm not an expert at typing fast because this is the second time, can you all unblock it one more time?

  14. Team HelioHost, I am having 2 issues with my email service. 1. I am unable to change the time zone to Central Time US and also I cannot send emails to yahoo accounts. I don't get a response back from the server, it just does not go to the inboxes. Is there a fix to these problems? If there is, please let me know!
