    Can't start phpmyadmin

    Hi all!

     

    I can't start phpmyadmin, because i get this error message and i can't do anything:dot.gif 

     

    mysqli_connect(): (42000/1203): User csandor already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

    dot.gif Undefined index: auth_type
    dot.gif Undefined index: charset

     

    It's Johnny server, name: csandor.
