Last night i was suspended for inactivity for no reason now my website isn't working at all

My account was inactive for some reason even though i reactivated it a week ago and have been using my cPanel and Website it now says it's inactive again and everytime i reactivate it says it already activated i have cleared my cache thinking i was on a old file but it's still not working
