Hi. I would like to know if you could allow remote connections to my
PostgreSQL database "trrp_shaktimaan", because I have
discovered through HelioNet that you don't allow users to enable remote
access directly, as it is for remote MySQL access. I would like for the
access to be allowed to the user "trrp" using any IP address.
And can you tell what will be the remote URI for accessing db

Neither unable to login via SSH and FTP.

Getting Connection Timed Out error.

 

Update ---

After around 45 minutes of above issue, VPS came back online

When I access Tommy Cpanel, this is shown

Internal Server Error

500

There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(runningreindeermedia.gq) failed: (XID k8ndx5) A DNS entry for “runningreindeermedia.gq” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

 

This error is being shown while I try to add domain

I performed the DNS lookup, domain is pointing to Heliohost but still unable to park..

I am unable to add alias  'runningreindeermedia.gq' to rrm.heliohost.org

I was trying to park an alias to my site 'angelqr.cf', it says domain already exists in apache configuration..

problem is now resolved.thanks..

I am a user on Server Ricky [hh_trrp]. My Main Domain is 'rrm.heliohost.org' and I have created an addon domain 'itagmp3.cf'. I have already uploaded my files but sill why I am getting Account Queued Page ?
