When I use that link (http://bsm.heliohost.org/Opdr1.php), Internet Explorer wants to download the file... This instead of seeing the page. This is very strange...??

Yes, my account woks now! I've got one question: Why has my php-script not been created properly?? I've insterted the code, and what it looks like in the browser. As you will see, something is missing... Do you know why? Settings?? Username was cabeen domain was cabeen.helionet.org did the bug still not fix? I have got exactly the same... my username = bsm domain = zeearend I'll wait for some days, but it is annoying.
