That's Johnny, not Tommy. Poor performance such as this is quite normal for Johnny since he's meant for experimenting, not production websites. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ His load has been rather high the past day or so.
If you want a production grade server, you want Tommy (which is currently limited to donors because the disk is almost full).

It was working, now its not.
Ps. It has gone offline periodically every day for an undetermined amount of time.
