I've tried creating a new account for Tommy or Ricky by selecting features but it sets me up on Johnny. How do I get a Tommy or Ricky server?

There is no option to select a server only features or preferences.

Yes, I discovered an SSL checker and proved it installed correctly. However, on the Cpanel SSL install page presented an error message and no "success confirmation".

As long as it installed is all that matters.

I have requested keys from ZeroSSL as described in Heliohost SSL wiki.

However, upon install of files within Cpanel it fails with an error. "Unable to install".

Could you advise what the problem may be?
