Then under aliases in heliohost cpanel I have it redirected to http://vsgame.heliohost.org/

when I go to vampirestrike.com I get

Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

vampirestrike.com /public_html http://vsgame.heliohost.org Remove Manage Redirection

Delete the other account then. You're only allowed to have one account anyways. http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete Once you delete the other account you should be able to add the domain to your new account.
