I'm experiencing the same problem as well. I have a website at http://dhproject.heliohost.org/ and even simple phpinfo page doesn't work. I also noticed that the error has been resolved about 30 mins ago but, unfortunately, it reappeared again. djbob, couldn't you check my account as well? There's an idea that it happens due to server CPU overload
