Perfect, thanks again wolstech!

I had a working subdomain on Johnny  (jeep.vidon.net) prior to the Plesk move but it is no longer listed, and when I try to access its website It loads the HelioHost login interface instead.

How can I get it back? The files are still in their folder, but Plesk doesn't offer any add domain or subdomain option yet.

Hello,

My user name is PHINK.

I have a couple domain names registered with Cloudflare and hosted in your Tommy server.

They were working fine until I was moved to Plesk.

Now I am getting a Host error when trying to load the sites.

Please not the error did not occur immediately after I moved to Plesk, but a few days later.

I guess Cloudflare was keeping my sites in their cached servers for some time until it was purged.

Should I change my DNS settings?

There are no information regarding those settings on the Plesk interface, I have not changed my A records or Cname records on my registrar's side.
 

Please help me out.

I am unable to troubleshoot further because CloudFlare is enabled. Please remove CF and set your name servers to NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org if you would like me to troubleshoot further.

 

EDIT: It made to the server after several minutes, then gave this error in the logs:

 remove CF and use our NS so I can review your records, I can't test any further.

 

Unfortunately that's not even an option when CF is your registrar - unless you opt-in for their $200/month vanity name server plan-

 

I am also experiencing non working e-mail account issues since around the same time of OP.

I can send from c-Panel but cant receive,

I did not modify any of my MX records

If someone sends me an e-mail it will fail en return a

Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

message, with "The account 550-or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns 550 entries. (in reply to RCPT TO command)"

 

Today I created a new e-mail account on the same domain to make a test:

It's set's up alright bu It doesn't receive any messages at all.

Not even from the server itself.

Try zoho business mail. Its free and I am using it right now. You need to add txt, cname, mx records but after that it is better than roundcube. The issue you are having is probably caused by nameservers.

 

I have used them before as a workaround, but the last thing i need right now i another third-party pain in the butt.

I  replaced heliohost's nameservers with cloudflare's and it propagated right away, I was finally able to run AutoSSL, it's all green now.

I should probably wait until it crashes again before swapping back...

Not really, it could be the same reason AutoSSL doesn't work, the Free SSL Certificate Wizard fails at stage 2 (Verification), returning this error after pushing NEXT:

DNS problem: SERVFAIL looking up A for mydomain.net - the domain's nameservers may be malfunctioning

Yes of course, but since I also have other domain names that do resolve 100% it is still unclear why that very one doesn't work properly.

Autossl is working on vidon.phink.heliohost.org now, but there is something wrong with the vidon.net domain. Take a look at https://dnschecker.org/#NS/vidon.net The nameservers are only showing up right at like 50% of the checks. Once that gets to 100% then autossl should work on that domain as well. Maybe check with your registrar and ask why the nameservers aren't showing up for everyone?

My registrar tells me evrything is working fine, as if I simply need to clear my cache, that doesn't help much...

On the other hand how about  that  error I get on the SSL/TLS Status page in cpanel:

An error occurred the last time AutoSSL ran, on February 6, 2020:
MASTER DCV: A rate limit prevents DCV.

How do you translate that in plain english?

Since Propagation can take upwards of 48 hours to complete, I will wait a bit.

I removed my htaccess file a pushed the AutoSSL button again, let see if it makes any difference...

It seems the Run AutoSSL button, when you push it,  will change to a spinning "AutoSSL in progress..." for 24h, and return "Run AutoSL" as It just did again.

Same status though

AutoSSL last ran on January 1, 1970.
Expired on January 21, 2020. The certificate will renew via AutoSSL.

I didn't re-push it this time,

AutoSSL isn't working on one of my domains on Tommy.

Renewal is stuck in progress for days,this is what it reads now:

isn't it going to make duplicates with the domains and sub domains folders from the backup?

Hi,
I used the backup wizard from Ricky’s cPanel and at the Select Restore Type stage I clicked the home directory button and uploaded my tommy account backup tar.gz.
cPanel’s file Manager now shows all my domains and subdomain files are in place, under /home/my-new-username-on-ricky
yet when I navigate to my Primary Domain, the only thing that shows is an empty page with
Index of/
cgi-bin

no sub-directories, nothing...

Also, it appears I need to re-enter all my addon domains, e-mail accounts , ftp etc as they don’t show, (0 / ∞)

Did I miss something?

Thanks, when I tried creating a new temp account I used a new e-mail. But that didn't succeed anyways.

I was talking about my original e-mail address linked to my original user name, the one that just got removed for "inactivity".

And which I can't log in with anymore.

Hopefully you still have it stored somewhere...
